scam

I was scammed by Gofranck. A few weeks ago I ordered a jacket and a scarf, the order was sent to someone in the Netherlands and has already stayed there. I wrote an e-mail to Gofranck to clarify the matter, and I received information from them that the matter would be resolved. Weeks have passed and no one has responded. So far, I haven't gotten my jacket or money back. Gofranck are scammers!!!

We're very sorry to hear that you never received your ordered items! There indeed was a mistake during the delivery of your parcel, but we were assured that the parcels would still be delivered. This is clearly not the case and we've issued a full refund of your order. Again we are very apologetic for any inconevience caused and that you've had a negative experience with us.
