RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you received the goods, including receipt at a parcel point, collection point, or similar collection location designated by you.
You must return the goods to us no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to withdraw from the agreement. The return is considered timely if the item has been handed over to the postal service or another shipping service responsible for delivering the item to us before the expiry of the 14-day period. As proof of timely return, you must provide proof of the handover of the item to the postal service or similar service for shipment.
As soon as we have received your withdrawal request, we will send you an acknowledgment of receipt.

When you cancel your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including any delivery costs paid when placing your order.
We will process your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have been notified of your decision to cancel the purchase. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have demonstrated that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. If you choose to use our return label, a fixed return fee of [X€] will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and processing.
Refunds will be made via the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
