RETURNS

All products purchased at the GOFRANCK OUTERPROOFS webstore can be returned or exchanged within 100 days, under the condition that the product is unused, undamaged and returned in the original packaging. Also the original labels should still be attached. Shipping costs and risks are for your own account. If you want to return your product please follow the procedure described below. Please place a new order if you would like an exchange, we will send the exchanged item to you free of charge by refunding the shipping costs of the new order.

 

HOW TO RETURN

01. FILL IN THE RETURN FORM, CLEARLY SPECIFY THE REASON FOR RETURN.
ADD THE RETURN FORM IN THE PARCEL

02. PLACE THE ITEMS UNUSED, UNDAMAGED AND WITH THEIR ORIGINAL TAGS IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING

03. SEND THE PARCEL TO THIS ADDRESS:

04. SAVE YOUR TRACKING INFORMATION UNTIL WE CONFIRM YOUR RETURN.

Products that are damaged or worn cannot be exchanged or refunded. Once the item is returned in good condition we will refund the amount to your bank account or credit card. The return shipment will be on your own account.
